WILLIBALD Shredder Flex-Star 3000

      

The new Flex-Star 3000 star screen was designed to remove biomass, compost, pre-crushed waste wood, bark mulch and wood chips precisely in three fractions and separately in a single operation.

Where it becomes difficult for conventional screening technology, the Flex-Star 3000 demonstrates its true strength. Moist and sticky bulk materials, which tend to quickly bond the sieve trays, are sieved efficiently and cost-effectively. A discharge height of the material discharge belts of approx. 3.80 m enables a large storage capacity under the screen and thus an optimised use of wheel loaders.

The Flex-Star 3000 is mounted on an 80 km/h chassis with standard compressed air system and ABS and is powered by a powerful 4-cylinder Perkins diesel engine with an output of 75 KW (102 HP). This develops its maximum torque at 1,600 rpm and corresponds to the current exhaust emission level. The low consumption values and a large diesel tank with 150 l guarantee a long working life in one piece.  The compact size of only 10.30 m offers the necessary mobility to work optimally even in difficult space conditions. The generously dimensioned feed hopper guarantees uniform feeding and thus a high throughput of up to 160 cbm per hour with exact material separation.   The heart of the screening plant are the screen decks with flexible shaft finger rails developed by J. Willibald GmbH. Due to its modular design, the sieve can be used as a 2 or 3 fraction sieve. The changeover is carried out quickly and easily hydraulically via the remote control.
